Advanced Open Water Diver
Dive and Dive's PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course
Taking the Advanced Open Water Diver course in Melbourne is an excellent way to boost your confidence and enhance your scuba skills. You'll become even more at ease underwater as you gain experience through supervised dives with your PADI Instructor. Building on your previous training, this course introduces you to new challenges and adventures, helping you expand your abilities and discover even more ways to enjoy scuba diving.

Enhance your skills by completing five adventure dives, which will introduce you to:
- • Underwater Navigation
- • Search and Recovery Techniques
- • Night Diving
- • Deep Water Diving (typically ranging from 18–30 meters / 60–100 feet)
- • An introduction to boat diving, along with one additional Adventure Dive
To Meet Our Requirement for the Advanced Open Water Diver Course:
- • Student must have all required scuba diving equipment, including suitable Mask, “must be treated for antifog”, Snorkel, Diving Boots, Diving Finns, dive torch, flashing light, small slate with pencil, and Surface Marker Buoy (SMB) with a minimum 5m line you can purchase all this prior starting date of course!
- • You can hire the required scuba diving equipment “Regulator, BCD’s, 3x Cylinders, Wetsuit, including air fills with Dive and Dive, for a flat rate of $150.00
- • Hold a PADI Open Water Diver certification (or a qualifying certification from another recognized organization)
- • Be at least 15 years of age (12 years old for Junior Advanced Open Water Diver)

Further Opportunities
